Conrad
Askland has worked with dozens of performance venues as a musical
director and rehearsal pianist. He directed the San Bernardino Summer
Theatre Festival with Stephen Sondheim's "A Funny Thing Happened
On The Way To The Forum", a broadway musical with great showtunes.
In addition
to being a showtunes pianist he has also directed the Hollywood
Superstart group of celebrity impersonators in their tours of Japan,
and also runs in Vegas and Reno, Nevada. This group featured celebrity
impersonator tribute performers for Marilyn Monroe, the Beatles,
Frank Sinatra, Buddy Holly, Tina Turner and of course, the King
Elvis Presley.
Other performance
venues for Conrad Askland included Knott's Berry Farm, the House
of Blues, as a pianist at Nordstrom Department Store and the Grand
'Ol Opry.
