The Yayli Tambur or Yayli Tanbur, (also mispelled as Yalli Tamboor, Yalli Tambour, Yawlee Tambor, etc.) is a long necked Turkish stringed instrument, lower pitched than the cumbus, played with a plectrum or a bow.
